Schools & NGOs
We design around your timetable.
Most providers sell a fixed workshop and ask the school to fit around it. We start with your constraints: how many students, how long, what room, and what you want them to walk away with. Then we write the programme.
Billy teaches most sessions himself. The person who designed the curriculum is the person in the room.

Four ways to work together
Book one, or combine them into a term-long STEM plan.
STEM Day
Two to six modules in one day. A whole year group rotating through hands-on builds, with a showcase at the end.
Term course
8–12 sessions mapped to your learning outcomes. One class, one project, one finished artefact.
Competition team
Weekly mentorship for robotics, game development or aerospace competitions. We coach; students compete.
Teacher workshop
Hands-on professional development for teachers who want to run making and engineering projects themselves.
What we need, what we bring
Everything is confirmed before the first session.
You provide
- A room with power and tables
- 60–90 minutes per group
- A projector or screen
- A contact teacher on site
We bring
- All equipment and consumables
- Risk assessments and safety briefing
- Session plans and student worksheets
- A final showcase and written summary
NGO programmes
We design cohorts around your funder’s outcomes, not around a catalogue. Attendance records, pre/post surveys and a final showcase can be built into the programme from the start.
Discuss a partnership- Cohorts of 12–30
- Community venues or your centre
- Evidence for funder reporting
- English, Cantonese or both
From first email to final report
A clear process from first contact to final report.
Brief
A short call to understand the cohort, dates, budget and what success looks like.
Proposal
A written outline with session plans, learning outcomes, equipment and a fixed quote.
Deliver
We run the sessions on site. You get a contact sheet and a schedule before day one.
Report
Attendance, outcomes and a short written summary. Photos only with consent.
Questions from schools
How far in advance should we book?
Three to four weeks for a workshop; six to eight weeks for a term course. We can sometimes move faster — ask.
Do you provide equipment?
Yes. We bring kits, tools and consumables. For CAD and coding courses, students can use school devices if they are suitable.
Can you align with our curriculum?
Yes. We map each session to your learning outcomes and provide a scheme of work before the first lesson.
What about safety and insurance?
Every activity comes with a risk assessment and a safety briefing. We work within your school’s insurance and safety policies.
Do you work with SEN students?
We adapt pace, group roles and materials. Tell us about support needs before the first session.
What does it cost?
Programmes are quoted per cohort. Send the cohort size, dates and preferred format and we will reply within a week.
Tell us the cohort, dates and budget. We will send a programme outline within a week.
